The OTD140 outdoor router features a highly durable IP55 plastic housing and an integrated mounting bracket, making it easy to install and able to withstand outdoor environmental conditions. Beyond that, this router is equipped with LTE Cat 4 connectivity, RMS support for remote management capabilities, and two PoE/PoE+ Ethernet input/output ports (max. 24W).
The OTD140 has dual SIM and can work as a backup of the other (failover) thus minimizing unavailability times. The rest of the security mechanisms also present in the rest of Teltonika routers such as SMS reset and ping reboot or periodic reboot, make the OTD140 the ideal solution for outdoor mobile connectivity under the most adverse weather conditions.
Use Case: Outdoor Router for CCTV and Mobile Office in Construction Sites
The OTD140 can be temporarily installed on outdoor sites during construction work. The connectivity it offers allows the connection and remote viewing of surveillance cameras of the works during and outside working hours as well as the possibility of connecting personal computers, tablets and phones of construction managers.
WiFi coverage can be extended through Access Points TAP100 and TAP200 especially in booths, changing rooms or other indoor places.
