What can I do with RMS ?
RMS allows you to access, configure, and monitor all your Teltonika routers even if they don't have a fixed IP or even if they have a private IP or are behind a firewall or proxy server.
In addition, RMS allows you to do many other things:
- you can access any connected device on the router's LAN via HTTP/HTTPS/RDP/VNC/SSH. RMS will create a temporary link (for security reasons) and from it you can access the web server of your automaton, display or datalogger +info
- you can receive emails every time the router disconnects and reconnects (and you can customize the content of the email with any information from the router: signal level, temperature, IP WAN address, input/output status,...) or when the signal level drops below a threshold or when the router switches between one SIM or another or even when it has reached a certain volume of data
- You can distribute a new firmware version to a group of routers or you can upload a configuration file previously stored on the platform
What do I need to use RMS ?
To use RMS you just need to create an account at https://rms.teltonika.lt/. You can do it yourself or if you want we can send you an invitation to create it. With every router you buy, you get a free 30-day trial license so you can test the platform. After this period you must purchase a license.
To add the router to RMS you simply need to enter its serial number and its LAN MAC address. The only requirement is that your router has an Internet connection but as we already told you you do not need either a fixed or public IP. In other words, RMS works with any mobile operator.
How much does RMS cost?
After the trial period is over, you will need to purchase a license pack to continue enjoying RMS.
Each license allows monitoring of one router for one month. If you don't want to monitor a router for a month, you must deactivate it on the platform so that it doesn't consume a new license. We explain how to do it in this article How do licenses work in RMS?

The RMS platform is sold through licenses or credit. Each license entitles you to manage one router for one month. If you want to stop managing a router, you must deactivate it in RMS so that it does not automatically consume a license every month. +info
