If you have a purchased directly from DAVANTEL and presents any abnormality, you must previously request an RMA. To do this, fill in all the fields of the following form. We will contact you as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT – IF YOUR COMPUTER ON A TELTONIKA DEVICE
If you cannot access your Teltonika router or gateway, first try updating the firmware by following the steps described in the following link How to update your router's firmware via the Bootloader ?
If you were unable to carry out this process or after having done so the equipment is still not accessible, fill out the following form and you will receive an RMA number authorizing you to send the equipment to us for revision/repair (the transport costs to our offices will always be on the part of the customer and the costs of returning the serviced/repaired/replaced equipment will be on the part of DAVANTEL)
Before sending us any equipment for repair and/or servicing, remember to include all available accessories such as external power supplies, power cables, configuration cables, antennas and other items that would have been delivered with the equipment.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
DESARROLLOS AVANZADOS EN TELECOMUNICACIONES, S.L. (en adelante DAVANTEL) certifica que sus equipos han sido fabricados de acuerdo a la normativa vigente, habiendo superado satisfactoriamente todas las pruebas de nuestro sistema de control de calidad.
DAVANTEL guarantees, unless expressly exceptiond, its equipment for a period of 2 YEARS except in the range of industrial solutions where the warranty is 3 or 5 YEARS a contar a partir de la fecha de salida de los mismos de nuestros almacenes contra cualquier defecto de fabricación que afecte a su funcionamiento, comprometiéndose a reparar o reponer de forma gratuita aquellas piezas o componentes dañados durante dicho período. La reparación del equipo no supondrá una extensión de la duración del período de garantía.
DAVANTEL guarantees your repairs outside the warranty period for a period of 6 MONTHS a partir de la fecha de la reparación.
All breakdowns or anomalies caused by blows, falls or atmospheric causes (electric shocks, ...) and/or catastrophic causes (fire, flood, ...) as well as those due to incorrect connection to systems or power or data transmission sources other than those specified for use in the Equipment User Manual are excluded from warranty.
DAVANTEL is not responsible for any damage suffered by the equipment during transport. This warranty shall also be void in cases where the appliance has been subjected to incorrect or improper use or tampered with by persons outside our official services, as well as because it has been installed incorrectly or because it has used non-original DAVANTEL spare parts and/or accessories.
The expenses incurred as a result of the repair or replacement of the equipment, such as the travel of technical personnel to the place of installation of the same or transport costs, will be borne by the customer.
